This is one of those academic papers that really shouldn’t have been published but which kept dragging itself forward like a determined zombie after the legs have been chainsawed off, hand over hand gripping the ground before it, inching slowly, doggedly toward publication, murmuring in a throaty, raspy, zombie zoice: “tenure, tenure, tenure…”
It did eventually catch it’s hapless victim.
