Started: 2022-10-31 and still going
I’m a civil servant now, as perhaps has always been the goal? I started studying urban planning all those years ago, and now seem properly able to say that I’m using some of those skills at work.
I work in on the Data Science team of the Data & Analytics unit within the Policy & Innovation branch of the Transportation Services division.
Not quite as long an acronym as when I interned in the OAI, BTS, RITA, USDOT – but I can’t complain.
It’s a cool team and the work is interesting.
